Created for the WNBA team, the Atlanta Dream, this limited run of two kits recreates their logo as a 3D LEGO model with a custom display stand.

The build uses layers of wedge plates to capture the sharp, diagonal lines of the background behind the central “A.” The “A” itself sits flat above the pyramid-shaped backing, creating a fun sense of depth and interesting geometry while allowing the team’s blue basketball to sit cleanly beneath the logo.

Layering all of the wedge plates made for a fun design challenge, especially with the sharp angles throughout the logo. Finding ways to recreate those angles while maintaining a clean, sturdy structure was a rewarding part of bringing this design to life.
