When you hear ball what is the first thing that comes to mind?

Meatball.

In this Episode of LEGO MASTERS, Michael and I were tasked with creating a great ball contraption (GBC) with a story to tell We told the story of the meatball falling off of the plate of spaghetti and finding his way through the kitchen. He rolled across his friends Mr. Pan and Sinky, past the friendly bushels of dancing grapes, and across Mr. Cupboard, and by his not-so-friendly friends, the cans.

I am really happy with the story Michael and I put together and all of the motion we were able to capture! GBC is about multiple modes of movement to move balls (Saying this with this being the only GBC I have ever created) from one motion to the next. We really enjoyed getting to see all of our modes of motion work together!

Challenge Description:‍

This week you will be building great ball contraptions. Your challenge will be to build a machine that transports a ball from point A to point B. Where it will roll into a tube and travel into the next team's build with the ultimate goal to get this ball from one side of the studio to the other. This ball right here is your ticket to the Finale!

Of course in this challenge we need you to get a ball from one side to the other, but how you do that is a chance to really get creative. We want to see wonderful stories that create a true spectacle.

We want you to use power functions to move your ball in a deliberate way. We want to make sure your ball flawlessly moves to the end. We want to see your imagination and your ambition on top display.
